We pack your files systematically into file boxes for storage and archiving. In separate warehouse spaces or storage boxes you have secure access to your data.
With our file management system we document all additions and removals during storage. In this way we safeguard your data and documentation in your external data archive. With our delivery service you retain flexible access and can use your space more effectively.
If you no longer require the files after expiration of the compulsory archiving period, we will destroy them with certification in accordance with the German Data Protection Act
