Business relocation: Working “around” one another!

Customer bases shift, efforts to create synergies require flexibility when it comes to location, rents go up or your former location is simply too small for your expanding business? Then just move!

With us, it’s fast and hassle-free!

We will adapt our working procedures to your requirements and work “around you” as much as possible – if necessary at the weekend or at times when your staff is not present.

Additionally, if you wish, we can provide temporary storage of office inventory, file storage, certified disposal of files and furniture disposal. 


Disposal: Every move is a new beginning!

A move, whether private or as a company, is the best time to get rid of excess furniture and whatever else gets in your way.

During the on-site visit your moving consultant will take note of the items that you want to get rid of.

We take care of your move and disposal in one fell swoop!

Your furniture goes to your new home, unneeded junk, refuse and unwanted stuff go to a waste disposal company where it is, of course, separated and recycled.


Inventory Storage: Often something "old"

Remodelling, renovations, relocation – there are plenty of reasons to store furniture.

Whatever you’re planning, we’ll store things for you for as long as you want and will transport your inventory wherever you want, with comprehensive documentation through our inventory logistics system.

In and out, according to your needs.

Create space for new structures and enjoy the option of accessing your inventory whenever you need to.

... and if you no longer need something, we’ll dispose of it for you.


File management: Paper en masse

“The paperless office” – a myth. If files are taking up too much space and have to be moved from A to B, we’ve got the solution for you.

We keep things in order while mobile.

With rolling file carts, open or lockable, you can stay mobile and keep things in order during the move or while archiving.

Our staff will gladly pack your files systematically either in a rolling file cart or boxes. Yet not all files have to stay with you and take up valuable space. We can store them for you and can dispose of them (with certificate) after expiration of the compulsory archiving period. You can find further information on file storage here.

In-house service: Getting a grip, whenever is right for you

Whether it’s a move from one floor to the next or a relocation of the file archive – we’ll come to you whenever it suits you and will bring every thing, piece by piece to where it belongs, including hi-tech or laboratory equipment.

Flexible to fit your plans.

So that you can keep working in the middle of a move, we use rolling PC and file carts, which we naturally also transport for you. Beyond that we are happy to take over all assembly, packing and unpacking work.

If there’s furniture you no longer need, we’re happy to store it for you and return it to you when you need it. We will dispose of any excess inventory.
